Upon purchase of our yearly membership subscription, purchaser is granted access to “Sgt. Travel Deals Army” booking website. Upon manual approval by our staff, you as the purchaser have 7 days (1 week) to request a refund. If any bookings, reservations, car rentals, cruise packages, activities, etc. have been utilized then there is NO refund granted. If none of these conditions exist, and you request a refund, Sgt. Travel Deals Army will grant and refund in full your membership, minus any transactional fees required to process said refund (reversal fees). In the business of bookings, we must adhere strictly to this policy to stop fraudulent use by “non-serious” travelers who look to subscribe, book, vacation, and request refunds!
